The smaller panel depicts the text:"trapped by inevitable forces" which is partially re-iterated in the larger, more diffuse accompanying panel. Both images are photographic depictions of the end portion of a caption — that accompanied a reproduction of the film-still used to create the light-box image (See: 07) — in a book about director Stanley Kubrick’s films.
